For clubs & operators

Run your blinds like a business, not a spreadsheet.

A club owns one or more blinds and runs them as an operation: member packages and entitlements, seasonal leases as contracts, day-hunt guides and bookings, and club-level analytics. A blind can run as a season-long lease or as day-hunt bookings — and a club can run both kinds side by side.

Memberships

Member packages, and leases as real contracts

A member package sets what a membership tier actually includes — how many days, and which days of the week. A lease is separate: it’s the season’s contract for a blind — cost, dates, and an invite link — and accepting one is what creates that group’s own scheduling calendar.

  • Member packages: days allowed and allowed days of week, per membership tier
  • Leases: seasonal cost, start/end dates, and an invite token — separate from the calendar it hands off to
  • Club seasons drive which days a blind can be booked, seeded from verified state regulation data where it’s covered

Day-hunt ops

Day-hunt packages, booked your way

A hunt package is what a client books at one blind — duration, price per hunter or per blind, a party-size range, and an optional guide fee. Each blind carries its own packages, shaped by how guiding works there, from fully guided through self-guided.

  • Walk-in and phone bookings added straight to a blind’s calendar
  • Optional member self-booking requests (off by default) — a request isn’t on the calendar until you assign it a blind and confirm it
  • Hold dates on the calendar directly, no booking required

Guides

Guides you manage, not accounts they log into

A guide is a profile you keep — name, photo, specialties, party size, and which blinds they work. You assign a guide to each booking yourself; linking a guide to a real MarshHQ account is optional, and there’s no separate guide login today.

Analytics & billing

See what the season actually did

  • Club-level analytics: revenue by week, booking trends, member activity
  • Maintenance tasks for keeping blinds ready between hunts
  • One subscription for the club, billed through Stripe — no per-booking cut

To be clear about money: MarshHQ doesn’t process payments from your clients. Revenue figures come from the bookings you record, and how you actually collect — cash, card, deposit — stays between you and your hunters. The only thing billed through Stripe is your own club subscription.
